After-Hours Support
While our Warranty Service Team is available to assist you with warranty concerns during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, we understand that emergencies can happen outside of these times and require immediate attention. If you experience any of the following issues outside of business hours, please contact our After-Hours Emergency Support Line:
Complete loss of heat during winter months
Complete loss of electricity
Complete loss of water or sewer blockage
Major plumbing leaks
Additionally, we can offer advice to help mitigate further damage until your Warranty Service Office reopens, including issues such as water penetration into your home and safety hazards related to major grading problems.

IMPORTANT: In case of fire, gas leaks, or carbon monoxide leaks, please contact your local Fire Department or dial 911.
During these times, an eQ Homes representative will respond within one hour, with the goal of having the original contractor address the problem. If immediate resolution cannot be arranged, we will assist you in managing the situation until we can address it during the next business day.
Please note that any issue not mentioned above is not considered an emergency, and your Warranty Service Office will be available to assist you during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
