Step 1: Book Your Appointment
Our Sales Consultant will schedule an in-person or virtual appointment for you to sign the paperwork. It’s easy, and we’ll guide you through every step of the way.
Step 2: Bring These to Your Appointment
- Deposits (Pre-Authorized Debit PAD information)
- Government-Issued ID (Passport, birth certificate, or permanent residence card)
- Mortgage Approval Documents (To ensure financing is in place)
- Solicitor Contact Information (For the legal side of things)
Step 3: What Happens at Your Appointment
- Overview & Signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- Selection of Your Exterior Colour Package (New construction singles only)
- Architectural Control Disclaimers (Important details for new construction)
